Otelco Arab Offers IP Video

IPTV now available in many Brindlee Mountain Telephone Company service areas.  On July 14, 2009, Otelco’s Brindlee Mountain Division began to offer Digital IPTV to customers.  IPTV is a method of transmitting television service through telephone cables using Internet Protocol.  This new technology has been successfully used at Otelco’s Blountsville Division since it began service in December of 2008.  It allows for SD and HD programming as well as offering many premium channels as customer choices.
